The program runs from 28 September to 23 October 2026 across four online weeks plus one in-person summit in Cologne. Selected founders receive hands-on training in investment readiness, core business skills (financial literacy, legal structures, sales), mental well-being & resilience, and founder leadership — with the explicit mission of closing the investment gap for women in high-growth ventures. No equity taken.

Successful founders will move into the international accelerator phase starting in September.
